Ordered today within 3 days at home refers to business days and that the carrier has no backlogs of deliveries due to crowds.

This term applies only to the Netherlands, foreign shipments take longer on average.

Track & Trace – track your package

You will receive a track & trace number with every order. This number allows you to track your package on the PostNL or DHL site. Packages are often processed in the evening. As a result, your track & trace may not yet be active. You can check the status again at a later time in this case. If you have not received your package after 3 days, please contact us.

Return

Should there be a reason to return/exchange an item always contact us first at [email protected] quoting your order number.

To claim shipping damage, we ask that you provide the following:

• photo of the outer packaging with the label visible and legible,
• 1 photo of the inner packaging and protective material
• 4 photos of the items, 1 photo of all the items together and 3 detail photos of the damage.

In case of an unexpectedly wrong model delivered, the return costs are our responsibility. In other cases, a solution will be sought by mutual agreement.

Products from the category: without box cannot be returned.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused, undamaged and only in its original packaging.

For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense.

We will credit the amount within 14 days after the product is received back and in good condition.
